It prolongs the life of the existing structure indefinitely and it eliminates the possibility of wing separation.

HOW DOES IT DO THIS ?

  1. It drops the stress levels in the existing spar by 40% reducing the strain in the material to a level that extends the fatigue life indefinitely.
  2. The strap creates an independent redundant loadpath that eliminates the possibility of wing separation in the event of a failure of the spar cap, bathtub fitting, bolt, nut, or center section carry through structure.
  3. The structural capacity of the installation exceeds the Federal Aviation Regulations requirements for “Fail-Safe” design
